Join us for our July Community Walk!

📅 Saturday, July 25, 2026
⏰ 10 AM–approximately 12 PM
📍 Hudson River Greenway Trail (Haverstraw River Trail)

This month, we’re exploring the scenic river trail beginning near Haverstraw’s historic Dutchtown neighborhood and the former Dutch Gardens.

Starting point:The trailhead parking area near the end of Riverside Avenue, across from 72 Riverside Ave., Haverstraw.

The trail is flat and mostly shaded, but it is not paved. Dogs are welcome! 🐾

This is not a loop, and everyone is encouraged to walk at their own pace. Not a speed walker? Bringing your dog? No worries—the group will catch up with you on the way back.

All ages are welcome. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Attendees: Please complete the participant form before the walk if you haven’t already. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd-AQz-XfK-SyIhi3fpimM-RWmNZnuuid-DFgvyXvT3GvZ7Rg/viewform?vc=0&c=0&w=1&flr=0

Spaces like these remind me of the importance of connection, collaboration, and the collective work we do to create a more supportive future.
