🌟 Teen of the Month: D’Mario Robertson 🌟

The Boys & Girls Club of Nowata is proud to recognize D’Mario Robertson as our Teen of the Month!

D’Mario is in the 6th grade. He first joined the Boys & Girls Club of Nowata at our elementary site in 2020 and began attending the Teen Center in the summer of 2026. We are excited to see him continue growing, learning, and getting involved!

D’Mario enjoys playing football and basketball and is an active member of Torch Club. In his free time, he loves playing basketball, reading, and traveling. His dad is his biggest role model, and D’Mario has a heart for helping others.

Looking ahead, D’Mario has big dreams of making it to the NBA! 🏀 We are excited to see him continue working toward his goals and making the most of his time at the Club.

Congratulations, D’Mario! We are proud to have you as part of the Boys & Girls Club of Nowata family and look forward to watching you chase your dreams!

🧡💜 WHAT A DAY! OUR 2ND ANNUAL TORCH RALLY – SPEAK YOUR BEAT! 💜🧡

We had an amazing day bringing youth together from across Oklahoma to connect, share their voices, build leadership skills, and learn how they can make a difference in their communities! 🎤🙌

From inspiring speakers and meaningful advocacy discussions to building friendships and encouraging one another, the day was all about reminding our young people that their voices matter, their ideas matter, and they have the power to create change!

A huge THANK YOU to our community partners, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this event possible. Most importantly, thank you to all the youth who showed up ready to SPEAK YOUR BEAT! 🧡💜

We are already proud of what this event has become, and we can’t wait to see what next year brings!

We appreciate you taking the time to connect with our youth, listen to their voices, share your knowledge, and help them better understand how they can make a difference in their communities.
