Hoppy Monday! 🐸

This weekend we went to Dundee High School to compete in the Michigan Advanced Robotics Competition, otherwise known as MARC, where 16 teams competed.

We brought with us our Dumper Bot, Drumbot, and our Turret Bot, Tung Tung Turret(Team 9993) After the qualifiers, we were ranked first and had the privilege of getting to be Alliance Captains of Alliance 1. We formed an Alliance with teams and to compete with us in the playoffs. Together we brought home the win!

Also a shout out to Tung Tung Turret that had a great showing as part of Alliance 3!

Frog Force and our second team Tung Tung Turret competed at MARC.

Frog Force ended qualification matches ranked 1 with a 13-2 and were hoppy to form an alliance with and !

Tung Tung Turret (Team 9993) finished qualifications with a 7-8 record ranked 9th. They joined alliance 3!

Hoppy to see both teams in the playoffs!

Hoppy Thursday Frogs! 🐸

On August Fifth, we went to Deerfield Elementary School and set up four stations to help spread robotics to the youth. In the first station, we showcased our Canbot, in the second station we let kids construct architecture out of marshmallows and spaghetti, in the third station, we showed how a circuit works, and in the fourth, the kids constructed aluminum foil boats.

We really appreciate getting the chance to do this and we would like to say thank you!

On August Fourth, we held FLL Kickoff at the Novi Robotics Center! There was a ton of engagement, and we all learned about the upcoming FLL season, Bioglow. We are looking forward towards this new season and challenge, and are excited to see how our teams do!
