Adoption update on Chunky Monkey and Rocky Road.
“It has been three years since Rocky Road and Chunky Monkey went to their forever home. The brothers are as close as two cats could possibly be- frequently napping in a jumbled up panda puddle that makes it impossible to tell where one cat ends and the other begins! Both boys have such lovely personalities, and Rocky Road especially has come out of his shell and is now such a playful, silly little guy- just like his brother Chunky Monkey!
The brothers spend their days chasing each other, wrestling, running on their cat wheel, napping in fluffy blankets on cozy couches, and driving their sister (Pepsi) nuts!
Pepsi was firmly an only child before the brother cats arrived, but she has come to love their company. She often pretends to be annoyed by how much Chunky Monkey wants to be near her, but if I am gone all day- I come home to all three on the sofa together.
I have worked from home, full time, for many years now, so I am home with the cats all day- every day. This means I get a lot of time to play with them and also to watch them play together! It has been so wonderful to have two such loving and gentle boys join our family and I truly cannot imagine life without them.”
