Individuals not identified at a young age with a specific need and don't obtain the necessary support usually become at-risk, and contribute negatively to society, through no fault of their own. (Not Limited To Disabilities) is a Private non-profit organization working to save one child at a time.

A Section 504 Plan provides accommodations and supports that remove barriers and ensure a student with a disability has equal access to education.

An IEP provides specially designed instruction, measurable goals, and related services for a student whose disability requires special education to make appropriate educational progress.

IDEA recognizes 13 disability categories for special education eligibility, but a diagnosis or disability label alone does not determine eligibility.

A child must also demonstrate that the disability adversely affects educational performance and creates a need for specially designed instruction.
