Matador Food Bank MATADOR FOOD BANK founder experiencing homeless/food insecurity started the 1st food bank on the CSUN CAMPUS in 2013 starting it as a class project.

Have fed 755 CSUN students up to 3-4wks nonperishable to get them through finals Dec 2015 to March 2017. Non-GREEK CSUN Organization

WHITE BEAN AND HAM HOCK SOUP! .... EAT OR PASS?
Ingredients:
A medium package. Of dried Northern beans, I used the 16-ounces sizes.
3 to 4 Meaty-ham hock shank, sometimes, I used also meaty ham bone about.
1 small diced white Onion.

No-Peek Beef Tips

2 lbs stew meat, one can cream of mushroom, one packet brown gravy, one envelope beefy onion soup mix and one can of water. Mix together in a 13x9 pan and cover with foil. Bake at 300 for 3 hours. No peeking! Meat is super tender and delicious. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
