One of the greatest privileges we have at Oasis Senior Advisors is partnering with senior living communities that share our commitment to helping seniors live with dignity, purpose, and connection. This month, we are honored to recognize Spring Gardens Midvale as our Community Spotlight.
From the moment you walk through their doors, it's clear that Spring Gardens Midvale is more than a senior living community—it's a family. Under the leadership of Executive Director Jano Romero and Marketing Director Amica Nowak, the community has created a culture where residents are known, valued, and encouraged to remain active and engaged.
That culture is reflected in the incredible team members who make a difference every day. Recently, Louie, Maintenance Director, was recognized as Employee of the Month for his positive attitude, exceptional service, and willingness to help wherever needed. Residents, families, and coworkers alike know they can count on Louie, and his impact can be felt throughout the community.
Residents also enjoy the talents of Chef Pedro, whose scratch-made meals and commitment to quality have made him a favorite among residents. His passion for creating memorable dining experiences helps turn everyday meals into opportunities for connection and community.
We would also like to recognize Activities Director Amie, whose dedication to resident engagement helps create meaningful experiences, lasting friendships, and opportunities for residents to stay active and involved in community life.
What stands out most about Spring Gardens Midvale is not any single program or accomplishment—it's the people. The teamwork, compassion, and genuine care shown by the staff create an environment where residents feel at home and families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are supported.
We are especially grateful for the support Spring Gardens Midvale provided during the Golden Gap Foundation's Close the Golden Gap Silent Auction Fundraiser. Their partnership, generosity, and commitment to serving seniors helped make the event a success. Communities like Spring Gardens Midvale remind us what is possible when organizations come together to improve the lives of older adults.
