Nurses are the heartbeat of healthcare. Through moments of healing, uncertainty, joy, and loss, nurses remain steadfast advocates, caregivers, educators, and leaders. The power of nurses is not only seen in clinical skills and professional excellence, but also in the kindness offered to a frightened patient, the comfort given to families, and the courage shown during the most challenging times.
