🙂🙂TGIF WITH MS SUGGIE🙂🙂🙂
Thank God it's Friday. We've had a busy week. Extremely hot. Vet was out on Tuesday to give big Jenna knee and stifle injection. Then we had him check Orie, she's been stiff on the back end. Unfortunately he feels she might have a case of laminitis. Blood work drawn and pain management and diet change will be done for her. Ms Suggie is upset her best girl Orie is getting checked by the vet. These two have been together since they where 7 months old. They are 8 years old. So between the heat, mental stress of wondering if they are going to be okay and vet visits, medication needed the financial stress has made for a stressful week. We made it, and today is our last day of heat and know we drop into the 70's starting tomorrow another worry with the temperature dropping so suddenly. The life of running a rescue. We do whatever it takes to care for all our babies. Everyone have a blessed Friday from Itty Bitty Mini Horse Rescue ♥️

🙏🏻A BIG DAY AT THE ITTY BITTY🙏🏻
My big mare Jenna update. My momma has been in bad shape. She had and abcess on the front right, that is finally healing nicely. We had her stifle looked at and its in bad shape.At some point she tore her meniscus, she has alot of scare tissue and arthritis and OCD. With that being said a very inflamed and painful joint and front left knee also. At 25 years old all I can do is try to keep her comfortable
Today our wonderful vet Dr Harmes with Gateway Equine Vet, gave her stifle and knee injection. Know we wait to see how she respones.🙏🏻 hopefully this will give her some more years with us.🙏🏻 Our little lady Orie also got to see the vet, the last couple days she has been stiff legged mainly in the rear, looking like laminitis. Just great. She got her blood drawn and will have some diet adjustment and meds. Prayers for Jenna and Orie. Just another day here Itty Bitty Mini Horse Rescue ♥️

Breakfast time for the dwarfs at the Itty Bitty. Stevee back to turn out with the gang as long as he is a gentleman. Thank you for all the well wishes and Happy Birthday for Dylan, I made it through the day. I keep the faith in my heart to make it day in and day out. 🎂🥳HAPPY HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY 🎉
Today is a celebration of life for me. Today is my youngest son's Dylan's birthday today. He passed away 8 years ago, he would of been 35 today. He was on special guy, loved football his family,and friends,and the lord. Its never easy and doesnt suppose to be. Just keep the faith and march forward, do it in memory of your loved one. Have a blessed Sunday and Happy Heavenly Birthday DYLAN.Love and miss you every day. ♥️♥️🎉🥳🎂until we meet again. Have a blessed day from the Itty Bitty Mini Horse Rescue ♥️
