Join us on September 28th at 7:00pm PDT for a special presentation by Justine Curgenven. Glass balls, 5 metre seas, totem poles and salmon; Award winning adventure filmmaker and expedition paddler Justine Curgenven will share stories about kayaking around Haida Gwaii this summer. She’ll compare it with her previous circumnavigation of the archipelago 14 years ago and share video and photos of these magical islands. Curgenven and her partner JF Marleau took 37 days to paddle over 1000km around all the islands, exploring remote coastline, alpine lakes and old Haida village sites.
