Burn permits outside of the city limits are no longer required until October 15.

However, please always be mindful of environmental factors, including windy or dry conditions, that could allow a fire to spread quickly.

Also, please remember that burn permits are required year-round within the city limits, and you must get a separate burn permit for each day that you plan to burn.

Even a small spark can quickly turn into a fast-moving fire.

🚫 Do not discard ci******es on the ground
🚫 Avoid parking in dry grass (hot exhaust can ignite fires)
🚫 Use caution with grills, fire pits, and equipment that can create sparks

🚒 Our fire departments are ready, but prevention is key. Help us keep our community, first responders, and property safe.
