Last week, we had a blast at Portillo's - Niles, IL. Everybody made their own special Chicago-style hot dog, with NO KETCHUP! It was a feast of chopped salad, Italian beef, and other amazing items off of their catering menu. And you can't forget their classic chocolate cake for dessert. A big thank you to everyone who came out, and the team at Portillo's for being such wonderful hosts. Until next time!
