Grateful for the opportunity to spend time at KidWorks this week for a truly special behind the scenes tour.

Thank you to David Benavides for the warm welcome and for sharing the heart and vision behind the incredible work being done to support children, families, and neighborhoods. And a special thank you to Gloria Crockett for such a thoughtful and inspiring VIP tour.

What stood out most was the deep sense of community, hope, and commitment woven into every part of the organization. You can feel the impact the moment you walk through the doors.

So wonderful to attend the One Vine Foundation afternoon tea surrounded by such an inspiring community of leaders. From executive coaching and learning groups to strategic planning and meaningful collaborations, it’s a gift to help foster connections that strengthen both people and organizations. I had the privilege of delivering 360 feedback simultaneously to both the CEO and COO for Working Wardrobes, Bonni Pomush and Derek Benson.

It was the first time I have facilitated feedback for two organizational leaders at the same time, and it spoke volumes about the maturity, trust, and vulnerability of these leaders, and ultimately, their organization.

360 feedback requires courage. It asks leaders to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and lean into growth even when it’s uncomfortable. When leadership teams model that level of openness together, it creates a culture where learning, accountability, and healthy communication can thrive.

It was truly an honor to support this process.
