Did you happen upon a stash of Christmas gift bags for a great price? Or have an abundance of like new gift bags after your holiday party? GoodFellows can use them!

We wrap the children’s gifts, then put them in gift bags for distribution day. That way each child’s gifts are kept together, plus it protects the wrapping paper.

Medium to large sizes are the most needed.

Please contact Tina Brown to arrange a drop off/pick up.

Please bring your letter from DHS to facilitate distribution.

If you missed sign up, forms will be available on site. It’s not too late! (Residents In Tahquamenon Area School district who are not already receiving Christmas help)

2025 Important Dates:

Everything takes place in the building adjacent to the Senior Citizen’s store in Newberry

12/6 9am-noon: Come and help wrap the gifts for the children! All are welcome to join the fun ☃️☃️☃️

12/8 7 pm: Planning meeting and preparing the food certificates

12/13 9am-2pm: Distribution Day. All help is welcome and appreciated 🎄🎄🎄

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!

The 2024 distribution will be this Saturday, 12/14 from 9-2pm. We’re in the building next to Senior Citizens store, across from IGA in Newberry. Flow will be the same as last year,

If you received a letter from DHS stating GoodFellows “adopted” you, come on by!

If you applied and have not been contacted yet, we can look up who has your name (and give you your distribution if you’re “ours”)

If you need assistance and have not applied yet, we will have forms available for you to complete & we will help you out.

If you would like to volunteer, please come at 8:30 for your assignment 😃
