There’s still time to register for the Princeton-Blairstown Summer Camp experience, a partnership between ROCC and the Princeton-Blairstown Center!

This week-long overnight camp gives students the opportunity to explore environmental and food justice while engaging in STEM, literacy, service learning, and social emotional learning in a fun, hands-on environment.

Our returning students have already been counting down the days, and we can’t wait to welcome a new group of campers for another unforgettable summer of learning, growth, friendship, and adventure. Spots are still available, so come join the fun!

Congrats again to our treasurer, Ken Myers, who was honored by LISC New Jersey with the “Exceptional Leadership Distinction Award”

Ken, we thank you for your commitment to uplifting and investing in this community!

From tapinto Newark:
This award recognizes an individual whose exceptional leadership and long-standing service on the LISC New Jersey Board have been instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission and impact. The 2026 recipient was Ken Meyers, Chairman of LISC NJ’s Local Advisory Committee and AVP, Synchrony Bank, Community Development Market Manager.
Meyers, a Jersey City native, told TAPinto that contributing to the community is a core part of his identity.
“It is an amazing feeling,” Meyers said when asked what helping the community means to him. “The feeling of helping somebody start their business, refinancing their multifamily property, or going to do a financial literacy workshop with the community, or hanging out with people and helping small business entrepreneurs, and coaching them. I’m making a difference, and I can see it. It is an amazing feeling, and you put your whole heart into it.”
