501 (c)(3) Operating with zero admisnistrating cost, using fair market principals. Buying beaded products and textiles from Guatemalan artisans. Returning 100% of the profit of the sales to their community. We furnish medical and educational supplies, and scholarships, and assist with health and hygiene issues

Someone left a women's softball in our booth at the Brookville Community Picnic, and someone left a strawberry earring. The soft ball was turned back in to the office at the end of the picnic. If the strawberry earring should have gone to you, please contact us and we will get it to you.

We’ve had a lot of requests for the 2026 Picnic Map, so here it is! Whether you’re looking for your favorite food vendor, a local business, entertainment, or activities, you can start planning your visit now.

We also want to thank everyone who reached out this morning regarding the dates on the schedule. We caught the issue thanks to your feedback and corrected it as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate everyone who took the time to let us know.

Our volunteers are working around the clock to make the 75th Anniversary Brookville Community Picnic the best one yet. Every suggestion, correction, and kind word helps us put on a better event for our community.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for being part of what makes the Brookville Community Picnic so special.

We have just been informed by the Preble County Pork Festival that we have been moved to the Expo Center.

BEAMS in Guatemala will be at the Olde Schoolhouse Vinyard and Winery appearing at the Cork Festival on June 12 and 13th. Please pray for our success and come join us. We have just returned from Guatemala, and have many new things to show.
