The Riders of American Legion Clarence Teaford Post 360 are proud to announce Wyatt Buckley as the recipient of the 2026 $500 Riders Scholarship.

Wyatt is a graduate of Tri-Village High School and has distinguished himself through his strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication both in school and in the workplace. Known for always showing up on time and giving his best effort, Wyatt represents the values of responsibility, determination, and community that our organization is proud to support.

Wyatt is the son of Brandon and Brook Buckley. Brandon is a member of the Sons of the American Legion, while Brook is an active member of the Auxiliary. Service and involvement within the Legion family continue through multiple generations, including Wyatt’s grandfather, Paul Buckley, and uncle, Brad Buckley, who are also members of the Sons of the American Legion.

In addition to his academic accomplishments, Wyatt has built a strong reputation as a hardworking young man through his employment at Today’s Harvest and through clearing fence rows and tree work with EQUIP. He plans to join the Operators Union Local 18 and pursue a career as an operating engineer.

The Riders of American Legion Clarence Teaford Post 360 congratulate Wyatt on this well-deserved scholarship and wish him continued success in his future career and endeavors. We are honored to support young people in our community who demonstrate dedication, character, and a commitment to hard work.

Just FYI, anyone that is free Thursday morning, I am going to Kettering and riding with them to es**rt a veteran to Dayton VA Cemetery. Let me know if you want to go. Im leaving around 10ish to head over to Post 598.

We are gearing up for our Annual Memorial Parade, all are invited to join us for a day of remembrance of those brave men and women who sacrificed everything for our freedom. May 23rd @ noon the Parade will start at the Legion , we will go to the cemetery for the memorial program. We will then go to the Memorial Area at the Park to have a dedication of the Fallen Soldier Statue sponsored by The American Legion Family , then back to the Legion for a light lunch. Anyone wanting to participate in the Parade get in touch soon so we can organize the line up. Thank you to all the volunteers for helping to make this Parade happen. God Bless you all.

Good afternoon everyone. I want to first tell all the moms that I hope you all had a great Mothers Day!
Second, just a reminder that we have our porkchop dinner this Friday the 15th.
And last, that our meeting is Saturday at noon, and that we have alot to discuss. So hope to see everyone then. Enjoy your week .
