THE 51st ANNUAL GEM & MINERAL SHOW...coming 2023

This is not your ordinary show. We will be featuring extraordinary dealers selling fossils, minerals, gemstones like Louisiana opal, finished hand crafted jewelry, lapidary supplies and tools to go rockhounding! For the kids and kids at heart, there will be:
ON FRIDAY - School of Hard Rock will be open to schools in Jefferson Parish and surrounding

Parishes wanting to host field trips. Admission is free for students with chaperone. Will have professional speakers featuring Fluorescent Mineral Formation, Geode Formation and Cracking, Louisiana Cost, and Dino Fossils. During the entire weekend kids can find hands-on cabochon polishing, a *DINOSAUR BONE and CAST Exhibit* geode cracking, fluorescent minerals and many other displays. There will be different demonstrations performed over the weekend so expect something new every day. There is something for all, big and small. DOOR PRIZES - RAFFLES. It's Family fun for everyone as well as Educational. Can’t wait to see you there. Location:
