We would love to thank everyone who attended the World Championship Gumbo Cookoff this past weekend. It was a fantastic event as usual. We want to congratulate all of the winners. Well earned!
We would especially love to thank all of you who came by and bought food from our tent. We sold out of our gumbo yet again!!! That right there is our goal. That is our award. So thank you again. We can’t do it without y’all.

Y’all!!! It is absolutely gorgeous outside today.. perfect day to come by downtown New Iberia and enjoy the World Championship Gumbo Cookoff.
We’re at booth 45

Today we’re serving fried Shrimp Poboys with all the fixin’s you’d like.
Tomorrow we will be up at 4 am to start cooking gumbo at 6AM… we’re serving the absolute BEST Shrimp and Crab gumbo. All of the seafood we are using is 100% fresh and straight from Delcambre… no foreign foods y’all!!!

Come on by and pass a good time. Live music and great food!!

It’s time y’all! It’s time for the 36th annual World Championship Gumbo Cookoff!!!! This weekend come down to New Iberia and support our lodge and community by eating some of the best food you’ll find anywhere around here. Saturday we are serving Fried Shrimp Po’boys.
Sunday we’re serving fresh shrimp and crab gumbo.
There’s going to be great music, great food and a great time!!!

Good morning everyone!! It’s Friday. And the weather won’t be horrible. Uncomfortable but not horrible.
Monday evening we will be putting on an EA degree and would love to have visitors. If you’ve never been, please bring your dues card for verification. If you’ve visited us before then don’t worry about that part. We invite all brothers from EA to FC to Master. If you’ve had a newly initiated EA please come by. It’ll be a great way to refresh yourselves.

The dinner bell rings at 630p and the gavel drops at 7pm. Dinner is provided and donations are always appreciated. Any questions message on here or Nick Edwards

Good afternoon everyone. It’s been 25 years since our country was attacked and brought to our knees. Thankfully we never fell. We got back up. That is what we as Americans do. We rise up! We send our thoughts and prayers to those who died so many years ago and who have died defending that freedom.
God bless our soldiers. God bless those who died on September 11,2001.

We hope y’all have a safe and happy Independence Day weekend. We also hope all of you still have all fingers and toes.
Tonight at our lodge, we will be putting on EA degree and invite anyone to come by and enjoy this celebration. The dinner bell is at 630 and gavel at 7.
