Their time together blends reading fundamentals with playful, hands-on activities like baking, creating a learning experience that feels more like friendship than instruction.

Scott Miller is both the chief marketing officer at Garden Spot Village (GSV) and an instructor for GSV's Wisdom Course. The course offers a series of classes designed to helped individuals explore, develop and harness the power of their own wisdom.

Last September, during the social media challenge, Garden Spot Communities invited residents from Garden Spot Village and Frederick Living to write essays on why they should win a balloon ride. Two residents from Garden Spot Village and Frederick Living were finally able to take off over the picturesque farmland of Lancaster County.
