The week of March 20th, presenting at our New Holland Chapter of Professional Referral Exchange, we heard from Greg from Martin’s Flooring. Martin’s Flooring has been Lancaster County’s top flooring company in Lancaster County since 1985.

Greg gave us a glimpse of his family and work, which was very interesting. He also spoke about the product and services Martin’s Flooring offers, emphasizing the flooring and the background he had with flooring products. The week of March 13th, presenting at our New Holland Chapter of Professional Referral Exchange, we heard from Alan from Iddings Electric. Iddings Electric has been serving homeowners and businesses in Lancaster, Berks, Chester, and York Counties since 2002.

Alan shared his personal story on why and how he became an electrician. He emphasized the opportunities in the trade and tech schools where he got his education as an electrician. In addition, we had an interesting question and answer session in which there was a lot of interaction with the audience. Alan is truly an expert in this chosen electrical field and a valued member of our group.

The week of March 6th, presenting at our New Holland Chapter of Professional Referral Exchange, we heard from Michael Reece, ND. has been a naturopathic and homeopathic care doctor in Lancaster County since 1983.

In his presentation, Michael talked about homeopathy and answered questions about naturopathic medicine. He also gave the group some homeopathic samples to deal with common maladies like the flu. He shared with us that arnica is one of his favorites for inflammation and other related symptoms.

Michael is our naturopathic doctor for our Lancaster County group, and we at PRE highly recommend and fully support him.

The week of February 27th presenting at our New Holland Chapter of Professional Referral Exchange, we heard from Leighann Walsh of Guild Mortgage, who holds the Mortgage Loan category in our group.

Leighann with over 20 years experience spoke about the basics of mortgages in a presentation titled Mortgage 101. She touched on several topics including pre-qualification, choosing the right loan, the pre-approval process and it’s benefits, and the home loan process. It was an excellent and interesting meeting.

The week of February 20th, presenting at our New Holland Chapter of Professional Referral Exchange, we heard from Connie Dienner and Easton at the non-profit Cavod Academy of the Arts. As part of the Cavod presentation, we were blessed to hear from Easton on the guitar and lead singing a wonderful country song.

The week of February 13th, presenting at our New Holland Chapter of Professional Referral Exchange, we heard from Tom Weaver from Weaver Personal Training Services. Tom spoke on “The Difficulties of the Personal Training Industry and the Brad Pitt Effect” in his presentation.

The week of January 30th, presenting at our New Holland Chapter of Professional Referral Exchange, we heard from Brian Rabberman from Fulton Bank. Brian gave us a detailed presentation explaining various banking services Fulton Bank offers small businesses and non-business customers. The week of January 16th, presenting at our New Holland Chapter of Professional Referral Exchange, we heard from Matt Kulp from Showcase Lawn Works, who holds the landscaper category in our group.

As usual, Matt gave us an exciting and informative talk about his business and helpful tips about customer service. Matt discussed the good, bad, and ugly about customer service, which is useful in any industry.

He gave us top customer service complaints like rep seemed like a novice, calls being transferred multiple times, canned answering machines, and never talking to a human. He also shared examples of excellent customer service practices like being a stand out in the industry, outstanding communication, and true value vs. low prices. It was an excellent presentation.
