Keep Nebraska City Beautiful

😊
We are SO proud of Nebraska City! Ninety-eight resident’s that showed up to help us collect 5,441 lbs ♻️ of Electronics for our recycling event.

Knowing residents are saving these items and take the time to dispose of them responsibly rather than sending them to the landfill is such a sense of pride for us at KNCB.

Huge thank you to our KNCB board members, Star City Recycling, and NDWEE for making this event possible!

Thank you Nebraska City for all your hard work to engage your community to keep it clean, green and beautiful.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:
Please do NOT drop your garbage in our plastic bag recycling cans. We have volunteers who sort through this and it’s disgusting. We want to continue keeping single use plastic bags out of the landfills. But continued abuse of plastic receptacles will force us to discontinue this free service.
