🌳❤️ If anyone needs tree work done, PLEASE reach out to Peter Jennings !@ We cannot recommend him enough! ❤️🌳

And the kindness didn’t stop there! ❤️

Just when we thought we couldn’t be any more grateful, Peter Jennings pulled up tonight and asked if we still needed help. We honestly couldn’t believe our eyes!

This amazing man came all the way from New Orleans to help people recover from the hurricane! Within minutes, he had finished up the big tree and was already tackling our magnolia! 🌳💪

We cannot say enough good things about Peter! He is incredibly hardworking, fast, kind, and genuinely wants to help people get back on their feet.

Peter, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for showing up when we needed help most. People like you remind us that there is still so much good in this world. ❤️

❤️ A HUGE thank you to Kellen Martin! ❤️

Today, one of our amazing followers and volunteers stepped up in a BIG way! Kellen spent hours of his day helping us remove the tree that had fallen onto our doggie house.

This was no easy task! It was a tricky and risky situation, and we had no idea which way the tree would fall once cutting began. But Kellen took on the challenge and got it done!

Kellen, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️ We truly cannot express how grateful we are for your time, hard work, and willingness to help our rescue when we needed it most.

People like you are what make our rescue community so special! 🐾❤️

🚨 We desperately need help removing TWO trees! 🌳🐾

Hurricane Isaias left us with extensive damage, including two large downed trees that still need to be removed from our dog yard. As you can see in these pictures, one of the trees is still resting against our doggie room, and we really need to get it safely removed so we can get things back to normal for our pups.

Thankfully, all of our dogs have been moved to safety, but we desperately need to get our yard cleaned up and secure so we can bring them back home as soon as possible.

We’re hoping to find a tree removal company or someone with the proper equipment who might be willing to help our rescue.

If you can help or know someone who can, please reach out! Every share is greatly appreciated! ❤️🐾

🐾💔 HURRICANE ISAIAS LEFT OUR RESCUE A MESS — WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🌳

Last night’s hurricane caused quite a bit of damage at our rescue. We have multiple trees down, damaged fences, and branches and debris scattered all over our yard. 😢

Our biggest priority right now is getting everything cleaned up and making the yard safe again so our rescue pups can get back to running, playing, and enjoying their outdoor space! 🐶❤️

We desperately need some helping hands! 🙏

We’re looking for volunteers who can help with raking, picking up branches, hauling debris, and general cleanup. Anyone with a chainsaw and experience using it would be an especially big help!

We know so many people in our community are dealing with storm damage themselves, and our hearts go out to everyone affected. We hate to even ask when so many are in the same situation, but if anyone has a little time to spare, we would be incredibly grateful. ❤️

Even an hour of help could make a huge difference!

Our pups just want their yard back! 🐕🐾

If you can help, please send us a message. And if you can’t, sharing this post would mean so much!

❤️ Thank you for always supporting our rescue and the animals who depend on us!
