Officially, for formal correspondence and in the eyes of the Boy Scouts of America, we are Scouts BSA Troop 420. We are commonly known as Troop 20, since that was our original name before the troop numbers were reassigned many years ago. Troop 20 has a long and storied history. rioritizes Service, Hiking, Adventure and Camping. Because we remain very active all year, our scouts are afforded continuous advancement opportunities, and many of our scouts achieve Eagle rank. While we have a fortunate history of very experienced, excellent adult leadership, we strongly believe in the principles and value of a boy-led troop. The youth leaders plan and execute and lead troop activities and events, while the adults provide safe supervision and administrative support. Our meetings are held every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:00 at the UCC Church in Myerstown PA from November to April and 6:30-8:00 at the Troop 20 cabin from May-October.
