This week, we've been celebrating all of our hardworking DSPs.👏🎉 DSP Appreciation Week is a full week dedicated to acknowledging the skilled, demanding, and essential work DSPs provide—such as helping individuals get to work, manage medications, learn new skills, and stay connected to the community. We'd like to invite all of our friends, families, and community members to share notes of gratitude for your local DSPs who make a difference. Whether it's your friend or family member that is being cared for, you work with someone who has a job coach, or you see DSPs working with community members, it's always nice to give a word of thanks and encouragement to those that take on the task of Direct Support. He works with honor and integrity. He manages his residence, and helps to fill-in at others.He takes leadership when we go on trips, and has become the BBQ guy for parties. Thank you Ricky!
