Last weekend we celebrated our 40th anniversary as a club! That's FOUR DECADES of community, connection, and yes—plenty of chili. 🌶️ From supporting local causes to hosting one of the most loved events in town, it’s been an amazing journey of impact and tradition. Now, let’s go through some specifics ⬇️

🅿️ Parking is free at Hatbox Field. After you park, make your way to the entrance at the runway!

🚐 For your convenience we have provided Shuttle Services that will pick you up & drop at the designation point shown on the map starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 12th. (Gates open at 11 a.m.)

♿️ There are additional designated handicap parking spaces, as seen on the map, located in 2 areas, one of which is directly by the entrance to the event.

🎪 Our Beer Garden Main Stage is still FULLY covered with live music from some of your local favorites playing all day long on Saturday! Don't let the name full you - this is open to ALL AGES!

📍Enter from W Okmulgee and turn South onto S. 40th St. OR turn West on Border Ave. off of Hwy 69 (N. 32nd St) for all weekend festivities!

🗺️ Use the following address on your GPS to find the entrance for the event:

TONIGHT at the Main Stage for the 41st Annual Exchange Club of Muskogee Chili & BBQ Cook-Off ... it’s the Friday Night Cook's Party with DJ Frybread! A family friendly event you WON’T want to miss.

There will be plenty of seating available in the Main Stage area, but feel free to bring your own lawn chair just in case! We will have beer, soda & water for sale.

**No outside food or drink will be allowed into the event**

Don't forget to enter the BWW Blazing Hot Wings challenge sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings.

CALLING ALL COOKS!!!

This year there will be TWO opportunities to attend the MANDATORY cooks meeting.

Friday, April 11th @ 6:30 PM or
Saturday, April 12th @ 8:00 AM

All teams must be in place by 7:45 AM on Saturday. You will be unable to move any vehicles from your site until after the winners are announced Saturday afternoon.
