This beautiful and active shepherd mix is available for adoption through EARN. He is super playful, loving, and active. Koa is four years old, 80 pounds, and loves going on hikes walks, and receiving all the attention from the humans around him.

Koa has been trained by our friends at Topline K9 Services and is ready for his forever home.

Koa is in need of an urgent foster home. His current foster is moving and so we are in need of placement for this good boy.

We’ve been posting quite a bit about Cane and Ferguson, and that’s because they are just so special.

As you may remember, Cane and Ferguson are surviving victims of animal hoarding (first photo is of them before they were rescued).

Their previous guardian faces 37 criminal charges—including seven felonies—following the July 2024 seizure of 114 neglected dogs from her San Bernardino County property. Tragically, the vast majority of those dogs had to be euthanized due to severe trauma and illness.

Despite the horror that surrounded them for far too long, Cane and Ferguson not only survived but are thriving! They love humans, going on walks, big plushy toys, and cuddling up on the couch. We cannot wait to see where these two land, as they are still waiting on their forever homes.

Today, we are posting again, but this time, we are asking if you will please consider donating to Cane and Ferguson’s ongoing care?

Cane and Ferguson’s rescue has been a joint effort by a village of rescue organizations, individuals, and of course, authorities. However, only a small group of us are supporting their ongoing care.

EARN is proud to be one of those groups. But we can’t do it without your help.

🖤Help us celebrate Critter’s graduation!🖤

Critter is a beloved EARN and RLG client and we are so thrilled to congratulate him on his doggy etiquette graduation.

Critter was falsely accused of a bite allegation, detained, and his life was on the line.

Our team was successful in disproving this allegation and saving his life!

As you can see, Critter is living life to the fullest and enjoying his schooling while back home with his loving family.

Receiving updates like this one fills our hearts and keeps us working tirelessly to defend animals like Critter, who find themselves facing serious allegations.

We are so happy that Critter is safe, home with his family, and living his life without fear of further repercussions. We are proud of you, Critter!

Since we last shared this bonded pair available for adoption, Laurie Marie has been to the vet, but we are pleased to say that she is doing very well!

She and her sister, Fancy Jean, are being fostered by EARN’s own President and Founder, Jill Ryther. As you can see in the first photo, Jill’s son Darin loves the kitty sisters and insisted on attending Laurie Marie’s latest vet appointment to ensure she would be okay.

With 8 rescue animals currently in our EARN orbit, we have been very busy helping each one to receive the vet care they need, find a safe place to land, and receive the proper training that will help them to stay in their adoptive homes.

Generous support from our members helps us to provide necessary vetting, loving foster homes, nutritious food, fun toys, safe transport, and of course, kitty litter!

Unanticipated vet care costs are a big part of rescue. If you are able, please consider donating to our organization to help us continue to care for these sweet girls as well as the other animals EARN is working to place in their forever homes.

🔔Handsome Cane is still looking for his foster and/or forever home.🔔

We are happy to share that he is thriving in his temporary boarding and loves going on walks, playing with giant squishy toys, and receiving pets and care. He is a truly sweet boy who will do very well in a calm environment where he can hang out with his human, go on neighborhood walks, and lay in the sunshine.☀️

We are raising funds to help keep him where he is until we find a place for him, and any amount helps. 🐶

Handsome Koa is having the time of his life at Topline K9 Services! Just look at that happy boy 😍

We have introduced you to Koa before, but are excited to share some updates on how this beautiful pup is doing.

Koa is a shepherd mix dog, around four years old, and 80 pounds. As you can see, he is very playful! He loves going on hikes and walks, and does very well on a leash. He absolutely loves receiving attention and care from the humans around him. 🤎

He enjoys having his fur brushed and lots of pets. Koa is still available for adoption and will be looking for a foster home soon. And from the looks of slide 2 he’s a fan of lemonade, and slide 7 indicates he has mastered the game of hide and seek. What a smart pup!

For now, he is receiving all the love and training from our friends at Topline.

Earlier this week, sweet Ferguson, who has endured much in his short life, received necessary surgery due to years worth of neglect and abuse.

As you may recall, Ferguson is a survivor of Dianne Bedford of Woofy Acres. Due to the neglect, Ferguson developed a pr*****ed re**um, multiple tumors across his body, enophthalmos of both eyes, and a horrific injury around the entirety of his neck where a wire was embedded causing not only a wound that would not heal, but cutting off blood flow around his kneck where he developed giant masses.

Despite all of this, Ferguson remains a perfect gentleman, wanting only to give love and to be loved.

Thanks to our EARN team and trusted supporters, including a past legal client, we were able not only to rescue Ferguson but also to get him his necessary surgery.

Today, we are happy to say that Ferguson is on the road to recovery after undergoing a series of surgeries, however, he is in dire need of a foster or adoptive family.

His current foster can only care for him for two more weeks. After that, we have nowhere for Ferguson to go.

Will you please consider opening your heart and home to this survivor and lover?

If you’re unable to foster or adopt, please consider donating to his surgery costs which exceeded $3,500.

And please share this post so we can find Ferguson his forever family, or even a temporary foster family.

Ferguson deserves to enjoy the rest of his life knowing only love and safety.
