Please note that the Ladies Auxiliary Post 601 meeting originally scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, June 17 has been rescheduled.

The Legion will be closed Saturday, July 4th, and Sunday, July 5th ( no BINGO ) as we celebrate Independence Day with our family and friends.

Flag Retirement Ceremony – 11:00 AM
Sonestown American Legion Post 601

The Sonestown American Legion Post 601 invites the general public to join us on Sunday, June 14 at 11 AM for a Flag Retirement Ceremony in honor of Flag Day.

This is a meaningful opportunity to learn how to properly and respectfully retire the American flag. Our Legion members will demonstrate the correct procedure and explain the significance behind this long‑standing tradition.

If you have a worn or damaged flag that needs to be retired, you are welcome to bring it.

🇺🇸 All are welcome.
🇺🇸 Community participation encouraged.
🇺🇸 Honor our nation’s symbol with us.

Luncheon will follow.
