TWO WEEKS from today we'll celebrate America's 250th birthday, and we're excited to invite you to our beloved Independence Day Celebration—where history comes to life and community takes center stage.

We'll welcome our newest Americans as they take the oath at their naturalization ceremony, we'll present a reading of the Declaration of Independence, and we'll take in a parade in Village Square, a pie-eating contest, and a ladies vintage base ball game. It will be a day of revelry of historic proportions!

🎉 Antiques Roadshow l PBS is coming to the Rochester area.

More than 26,000 people applied for tickets, more than any other city on the Roadshow tour this season!

Genesee Country Village & Museum CEO Becky Wehle took a break from planning for tomorrow's visit from the award-winning PBS show to join with producers and appraisers in a behind-the-scenes preview on WXXI's "Connections with Evan Dawson."

Oh, hello ewe 🐑

Meet Willow, Gertrude, Temperance, and Constance. These four ewe lambs were born this season on our Early Settlement Farm, which features a working heritage breeding program dedicated to preserving these historic breeds.

Willow is now at Blue Tansy Farm and Gertrude, Temperance, and Constance are with Ross Farm Fibers, our friends and partners who are helping keep these living legacies thriving for generations to come.
