The Rotary Club of Mukwonago recently had the opportunity to tour Brooklife Church and see their newly expanded space!

It was wonderful to learn how this expansion will allow Brooklife to welcome more people, host more community events, and create even more opportunities to serve and connect with the Mukwonago community.

Rotary is all about Service Above Self, and we love seeing other local organizations investing in people and finding new ways to strengthen our community.

Thank you to Brooklife Church for welcoming us, giving us a tour, and sharing your vision for this beautiful new space. We’re excited to see all the ways it will be used to bring people together!

At our most recent meeting, we had the pleasure of hearing from Mary Haase, Executive Director of The Haase House right here in Mukwonago. The Haase House helps young adults with disabilities—and their parents and guardians—work toward brighter, more independent futures by providing personalized, goal‑driven life‑skill instruction woven into tailored schedules within safe home and community‑based settings.

Mary’s dedication to empowering young adults and helping families navigate this important stage of life is truly inspiring. We deeply appreciate the meaningful work she and her team do every day to strengthen our community.

Rotarians served up free snow cones and smiles at Mukwonago's National Night Out at Field Park tonight! Beautiful night to celebrate our community!!

This month, Rotary Club of Mukwonago collected shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, deodorant, and other personal hygiene items to support our local food pantry.

While food donations are essential, personal care products are often overlooked and are rarely covered by assistance programs. These everyday necessities can make a meaningful difference for individuals and families in our community.

This past week, our club had the pleasure of welcoming Mrs. Melisa Maroo from Thrive Together WI.

Melisa shared the inspiring origins of the organization and its mission to support youth mental health prevention. Thrive Together empowers schools, families, and communities with proven, trusted programs that build resilience, encourage early support, and foster lifelong wellbeing.

We’re grateful for the important work they’re doing—and for Melisa’s commitment to helping young people thrive. 💙
