Thank you to all Free Pile Day Participants!

Update re: Free Pile Day- potential rain around 5:30pm. Please bring in items that may get ruined.

A note for participants: Please donate items rather than leaving on the curb for trash pick up. The hope in this event is for things to stay out of our landfills!

Here are a few local donation options:

-Kids Pantry (400 E. Gregory St., Mount Prospect) accepts children's items in good condition.
-St. Raymond Parish (300 S. Elmhurst Ave., Mount Prospect) is hosting a rummage sale next week. Donations in good condition can be dropped off at the gymnasium entrance. (Please no furniture or large items.)
-Miracle House (510 E. Oakton St. Des Plaines IL) is collecting donations for their garage sale. Call 847-803-2901 to arrange drop offs.

Help us reach our goal of 10,836 bird replicas by making a bird at our open studio in Evanston this Saturday June 6, 12-2 and learn how to prevent bird collisions.

The Free Pile Map is here this Sunday June 7th 9am-7pm! We have nearly 50 homes participating this year. Enjoy shopping everyone’s free stuff!

Many, many thanks to the incredible volunteers who helped make our first fundraiser a huge success! We could not have done this without your hard work. 🙌

We're so appreciative to for letting us host the sale in such a lovely location. 🏡 We are grateful for all the community organizations that joined us this day as well!

Thank you as well to everyone who shopped our sale - your contributions will help Go Green Mount Prospect continue to do good work for our community and our planet and your new plants will help sustain native wildlife, conserve water, and of course beautify your garden. 🌸
