We are a passionate and dedicated charitable organization started by local breast cancer survivors committed to making a profound impact in the lives of those affected by breast cancer. Our story revolves around unity, compassion, and the unyielding desire to support breast cancer patients on their journey. We aim to ensure that these women have gas in their tanks, groceries on the table, childcare, no past-due notices on the counter, housing, utilities, and peace of mind. At Swing for the Lowcountry, our mission is clear: we exist to support breast cancer patents and their families with financial assistance when they need it most. We stand side by side with those facing the challenges of breast cancer, working tirelessly to raise both funds and resources to provide essential assistance and unwavering support. Central to our efforts is our annual fundraiser - that serves as a beacon of hope and empowerment. This remarkable event not only raises vital funds but also uplifts spirits and fosters a sense of camaraderie. 🎃👻 Some Things Are Scarier Than Halloween...

Ghosts, goblins, and things that go bump in the night might give us a fright, but hearing the words “You have breast cancer” is a fear no one should have to face.

And while Halloween scares disappear when the costumes come off, the worries that come with a breast cancer diagnosis don't.

Treatment. Missed work. Mounting bills. Uncertainty about what comes next.

As Breast Cancer Awareness Month comes to a close, we're reminded that for those facing breast cancer, the challenges don't end when October does.

At The Swing, we're committed to helping take some of the fear out of the financial burden by providing direct assistance to breast cancer patients throughout the Lowcountry.

Because the only scary things anyone should have to worry about this Halloween are the ghosts and goblins! 👻💗
