The Arts and Culture Committee in their continuing support of the local arts, purchased a ukulele and presented it to Librarian Cathy Lunday of the W. T. Bland Library in Mount Dora. The library offers ukulele lessons and the addition was greatly appreciated.

A huge THANK YOU to Hardwick General Contracting for their generous donation! Your support helps us continue maintaining Villagers for Veterans “Ashley’s House,” a local transitional home dedicated to women veterans.

Our women served 365 days a year—and it’s incredible to see our community showing up for them with that same unwavering commitment every single day. This is what true support looks like! ❤️

We are so grateful to be part of a community that cares, gives, and stands behind our heroes.

We are deeply grateful for their commitment to our community and for helping us raise critical funds for women veterans. Their support is making a meaningful difference.

All proceeds from Patriots Weekend will benefit Ashley’s House. Ashley’s House will provide a temporary safe haven for women veterans as they transition to civilian life, offering counseling, job and educational training, financial education, and supportive community connections.
