Still looking to fill spots for the Oktoberfest booth!!

Friday night and Sunday afternoon specifically!!!

The Dough Boy Booth at Oktoberfest is one of the largest fundraisers we do for Parent Club. This is the perfect opportunity for you to give back to the school, district and community!

Volunteer Opportunities:

*Dough Makers - no experience necessary, we'll train. Must be 18+

*Booth Volunteers - duties depend on age and interest, includes cash handling, handing out product, frying dough boys, etc; Minors (middle school and high school) are allowed to work in the booth, 6th graders should have parent or responsible adult working same shift.

*Shift Lead - we have three shifts open - Saturday 1-6pm and Sunday 12-4pm or 4-8pm. A shift lead supervises volunteers, checks in during the shift, ensure supplies are stocked, fills in where busy, etc.

Hey Parents! Still lots of shifts to get involved in.

Please consider filling a shift spot if you can donate a few hours of your time. We are all busy, especially at OFest but this is the biggest fundraiser we do for Parent club so we don’t have to do anything else throughout the year.

Wednesday August 12th at 5:30 at the Benedictine Brewery.
The plan for the meeting will be to discuss plans, events and opportunities for the upcoming school year. Hope to see you there!

Tomorrow is the FINAL Parent Club Meeting of the 2025-2026 school year!! So hard to believe....

We will be electing new board members for next year and wrapping up the school year.
