Sorry, we hadn't given a full explanation for those who are new to Bike Bus:
First, we welcome any and all adults and kids who are capable bicycle riders, headed to the Elementary School on Thursdays.
Everyone should be able to bike without stopping for up to 20min / 2mi., depending on where you join the route. We highly recommend helmets and bikes in good repair with inflated tires.

Second, please study this map to orient yourself to the route. The Leaders will ride the route as close to the listed times as possible. You can spot us by our reflective vests. We won't stop, just join us at any place along that route. We will take the same route back at the end of the day, so kids will need to know how to get home from the route, or parents can meet them at any point.

It is not necessary to "reserve a spot" on the bus, but we'd be happy to know if your child is planning to join us and where they will be joining the route. If you want to let us know, or if you have any questions, please contact Becky at 814-279-6959
