Marine Life Studies is pleased to announce the expansion of its Research Scientist Program and Whale Entanglement Team (WET)® with the addition of Dr. Julia O'Hern as the organization's new Senior Cetacean Scientist. This exciting development marks an important step forward in Marine Life Studies' commitment to advancing marine mammal research, conservation, and large whale entanglement response efforts along the West Coast. 🐋💙

We’ve got some brand new things in our benefit giftshop in Moss Landing! We have some new nudibranch stickers and playing cards made by our supporter/donor (Kelly Lehman), resin art by our CSUMB Service Learner (Tanya Yeung), and new pieces of pressed seaweed by our Operations Supervisor and Volunteer (Winnie Mulè)! Our normal hours are Friday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm, but if our door is open, you are welcome to come through and check it out! 8142 Moss Landing Road, Moss Landing, CA! 🐋💙

We’re at Ocean Fest today at Seacliff State Beach but only until 4pm today! You’ve got a little bit of time to get out to Aptos. We’ve got some real life specimens you can touch and we’ve got some Saber Company whales at our booth for a $5 donation!
