The shelves don’t lie.
More families are turning to Delco Helping Hands, and essentials are leaving our shelves faster than donations are coming in.

❤️ THURSDAY CHALLENGE:
Can we get 25 people to donate $10 TODAY?
That could help us purchase around 200 much-needed items! 🛒🙌

Our biggest needs:

Our September Challenge is simple: FILL THE SHELVES! 🙌

Our Community Pantry has seen an increase in families needing assistance, and we need our village to help us restock the essentials.

🧴 HYGIENE
• Shampoo & conditioner
• Feminine hygiene products
• Men’s & women’s deodorant

🧺 HOUSEHOLD
• Laundry pods
• Dish soap
• Paper towels

👶 BABY NEEDS
• Baby formula — especially Similac Advance & Enfamil AR
• Baby wash
• Diaper rash cream
• Diapers — sizes 4 & 5

🐾 PET PANTRY
• Dog food
• Cat food

💵 CAN’T SHOP? JUST $10 HELPS!

For every $10 donated, we can purchase approximately 8 items from the dollar store to put directly onto our pantry shelves.

Even a few dollars adds up when our community comes together. 💙

The one who suddenly gets quiet.

You never truly know what someone is carrying behind closed doors.

💜 Remind people they matter.

This month, we shine a light on the warriors living with Sickle Cell Disease—a lifelong blood disorder that can cause severe pain, serious complications, and challenges that many people never see.

❤️ To every Sickle Cell Warrior: We see you. We hear you. We stand with you.

Let’s use this month to:
🩸 Educate ourselves
🩸 Raise awareness
🩸 Support individuals and families
🩸 Encourage blood donation
🩸 Lead with compassion—because not every battle is visible.

WE NEED OUR VILLAGE! 🚨

Our Community Pantry is growing, and that’s both a blessing and a challenge.

More families are coming through our doors needing a little help making ends meet. Unfortunately, that also means our shelves of hygiene products, household essentials, baby supplies and pet supplies are getting harder and harder to keep stocked.

So for September, we’re launching:

🛒❤️ STOCK THE SHELVES: 30 DAYS OF HELPING HANDS ❤️🛒

Our goal is to raise $3,000 + collect 2,000 essential items before our next major fundraiser in October.

These are the everyday necessities families need:
🧴 Shampoo, conditioner & deodorant
🧼 Soap & body wash
🪥 Toothpaste & toothbrushes
🧺 Laundry detergent
🧻 Paper products
🩷 Feminine hygiene products
👶 Diapers, wipes & baby essentials
🐾 Dog/cat food, treats & cat litter
🏠 Cleaning & household supplies

Maybe you can’t fill a shelf.

That’s okay.

Donate ONE bottle of shampoo.
ONE pack of diapers.
ONE container of detergent.
ONE bag of cat food.
