A Successful Retreat. A Clear Vision. A Stronger Brotherhood.
Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Pi Gamma Lambda Chapter recently gathered at the Dillard House in Dillard, Georgia, for our 2026–2027 Chapter Retreat.
Over two days, brothers stepped away from the day-to-day to reflect, reconnect, and prepare for the work ahead. Through meaningful dialogue, strategic planning, and fellowship, we aligned around a shared vision for the year ahead.
Our work centered around three chapter priorities:
🟨 CHAPTER GROWTH
Strengthening membership, prioritizing reclamation, and expanding our impact.
🟨 FUNDRAISING
Building intentional and sustainable revenue opportunities to strengthen our financial foundation and support our mission.
🟨 BROTHERHOOD DEVELOPMENT
Strengthening relationships, increasing engagement, developing leaders, and building a culture where every brother can contribute and thrive.
The retreat was about more than identifying priorities — it was about alignment and action. Brothers strengthened collaboration, established expectations, and began translating our priorities into a 90-day action plan.
We left Dillard with clarity, commitment, and a renewed sense of purpose.
The priorities are set.
The plan is taking shape.
Now, it’s time to do the work.
