Making summer fitness easier for your family! Our Next Generation Summer Camp has a new schedule: M/W/F from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM. We shifted to the evenings so more kids have the opportunity to train, build skills, and grow with us. Can't wait to see everyone this summer!

This is a great chance for athletes to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and get ready for the 2026 season. Campers will work on both offensive and defensive techniques while getting a sneak peek at what’s ahead this fall.
