2️⃣ Check-in May 23: Go to the PYFS Info Booth when you arrive.
3️⃣ Bring your ID: You’ll need a valid Driver’s License or State ID to confirm your registration. 🆔
4️⃣ Grab your wristband: We give out one wristband per person (you must be there in person to get yours!).
5️⃣ Shop! Use your wristband to grab fresh groceries no cost. (Note: Packaged foods, hot or prepared foods and handmade crafts like soaps/candles do not qualify for free shopping. Your wristband will not work on these items).

Head Start staff have also provided hygiene packs to warming centers to support those seeking shelter during the storm.

McGehee Head Start is excited to share their Duckling of the Month of November for the family's outstanding in-kind participation. The staff is grateful for the family's dedication, involvement, and partnership in supporting their child's learning.

Our Dermott and McGehee staff had an amazing time participating in the McGehee Christmas Parade! We even had a volunteer suit up as the Windy Wise Owl mascot to help us spread the word about the WISE (We Inspire Smart Eating) curriculum our Head Start programs proudly use to promote healthy habits in young children. It’s safe to say everyone involved had a wonderful time! Dermott and McGehee Head Start are now enrolling — secure your spot today!

McGehee Head Start hosted a Friendsgiving Feast for our families on Friday. Families were invited to enjoy a delicious meal, spend time with their children, and share fellowship with our staff and other center families. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate community and gratitude together.

On Friday, our Hamburg Head Start team served families a delicious Thanksgiving meal. Families were able to enjoy lunch with their children, connect with other parents and staff, and share in the spirit of the holiday. To further support our families, each received a backpack filled with nutritious food items to take home. It was a warm and joyful celebration of community and gratitude.
