Over the past 72 hours, Azeri provocateurs posing as “environmental activists” have blocked the Lachin Corridor, the only route that landlocked Artsakh has to the rest of the world, leaving more than 1,100 civilians, including 270 children, stranded on the road in the bitter cold.

In a further act of cruelty, Azeri dictator Ilham Aliyev has also cut the gas supply lines flowing to Artsakh from Armenia yesterday, depriving 120,000 civilians of heat in the middle of a harsh, snowy winter.

These gross violations of international human rights and humanitarian law are happening under the watchful eyes of Russian Peacekeepers, European Monitors, and American Bystanders.

Dear Compatriots,

Aliyev’s genocidal campaign must be met with swift action by US Policy Makers, so we urge you to do the following:

Call the White House at +1-202-456-1414 and convey this message:

“I urge President Biden to prevent impending genocide by Azerbaijan against the Armenians of Artsakh by immediately demanding the reopening of the Lachin Corridor, by sanctioning Azerbaijan and stopping all further U.S. military assistance to its criminal Aliyev regime, and by sanctioning the perpetrators under the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act for their ongoing war crimes and crimes against the civilian population of Artsakh.”
