Thursday March 19th 2026 Join the LAAA, the US Mexico Chamber and many other business owners on March 19th in Laguna Niguel, CA at 4pm for the Grand Opening of Fiado’s new HQ with an amazing panel of speakers in many industries that affects Latino business owners bottom line. As we continue our celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor Andre Ureña, an innovator, trailblazer, and Founding Executive Director of the Latin American Professional Alliance (LAPA), a Los Angeles-based company providing development, growth, and expansion opportunities to their members. A native of Costa Rica, Mr. Ureña started in the insurance industry by opening an all-lines agency in 1992 before going on to start the LAAA Latin American Agents Association and later founding and directing the LAPA.
