Sessions are led by Lex Thompson (they/them), LCSW, who brings years of experience helping LGBTQ+ people cultivate mindfulness and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Join us for an intentional and affirming conversation centered on trauma, identity, and healing within the LGBTQ+ community.
This panel brings together lived experience, professional insight, and community-based perspectives to explore what it means to move beyond survival and begin reclaiming your voice, boundaries, and sense of self.
Together, we’ll create space for honest dialogue, connection, and reflection.

Tonight Sunday, 6/14, at 7pm, at Studio Playhouse, attend a staged reading of The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later, written by Moisés Kaufman, Leigh Fondakowski, Greg Pierotti, Andy Paris and Stephen Belber. Return to Laramie, Wyoming, a decade after the 1998 murder of gay college student Matthew Shepard, exploring how the town's residents grappled with memory, historical revisionism, and national legacy.
