I’ll be honest, it’s been a hot minute since I’ve worked this hard consistently and I’m feeling it!! It’s officially my rest day and I’m taking full advantage of it-heck I even forgot to put my watch on for half the day 🤣 This is your friendly reminder to rest and recover appropriately friends!!

I’m whooped!! I thought joining Rush Fitness’ Summer Challenge would be a great way to kick of summer break (which it is) but man I’m sore and tired-thankful that tomorrow is this girls rest day!! 😆 I’m even hitting the shakey plate not once but twice (with shoes and then without) Thanks to my girls for encouraging me through it today!!

His 1st (early morning) XC practice!! Showing up and working hard is a team effort in this fam! I’m glad that even though he’s getting older he’s still ok with his momma tagging along 😉 Summer training for JH Sports is no joke folks!! Super proud of this kid for his commitment and love for the game(s) Next up basketball camp and football training, someone should sleep good tonight-I’ll be skipping those though 🤣

We had a blast cheering for our boys tonight-it was a bit confusing at times because we just love both sides so darn much!! The girls did great at their treats table-and to the momma my daughter didn’t offer change back to…well…I owe ya! She’s one tough sales lady 🤣

BIG game at Marsh field tonight for our Monroeville 12U crews!!! Eagles 12U Gold (Fusion Impact Center) vs Eagles 12U Black (TekSeal) come out and cheer for ALLLLL the boys tonight @ 6PM!!

**Our girls will have a cookie/treat table so be sure to stop by and say hi 🤗

Monroeville Track workout with our Beer 30 Running Club friends on the gorgeous SUNDAY morning!! We’ll be doing this weekly at 9AM if you wanna pack the track with us!!
