Period poverty isn’t just a "somewhere else" problem: it’s happening right here in our Delaware communities. 🏘️✨

It’s time to flip the script! Did you know that 1 in 6 women and girls (ages 12-44) in Delaware live below the Federal Poverty Line? And here’s the kicker: government programs like SNAP and WIC don’t cover menstrual products. 🚫🩸

At the Delaware Dignity Project, we believe dignity shouldn’t be a luxury.
As we gear up for Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28th, let’s talk about it, break the stigma, and take action! Whether you’re donating, volunteering, or just spreading the word, you are part of this movement. 🎒💪

This is a reality that hits home for so many in our community, but together, we are changing the narrative! 🌟

In 2025 alone, working alongside our 39 incredible partners, we distributed 286,682 essential products: like bras, socks, and menstrual supplies: to those who need them most. That is 286,682 moments of dignity, comfort, and confidence restored! 📦✨

We’re on a mission to ensure no one in Delaware has to go without these basic necessities, and we want YOU to be a part of this movement.
