If you’re experienced in training, conditioning, and developing safe, responsive horses — and you love mission driven work — we’d love to hear from you. Up to 20 hrs/week. It’s and SDTR is incredibly grateful for the wonderful young people from Catholic Heart Workcamp in Manassas, Virginia. This energetic group spent the week helping with projects across the farm, and their hard work made a real difference in keeping our center safe, welcoming, and beautiful. We are deeply thankful for their time and generous spirit.

What an incredible Kentucky Derby Day! 🐎🌹

Thanks to our generous sponsors, in-kind donors, volunteers, and every guest who dressed up, bid on a horse, and cheered us on — our 2026 Kentucky Derby Day raised over $65,000 for Southern Delaware Therapeutic Riding!
