The Rotary Club of Millbrae

The Rotary Club of Millbrae We are "The Club that Can." We welcome those who would like to be part of an organization that gives back to the community in many meaningful ways.

Millbrae Rotarians enjoy one another’s company, whether while engaging in hands-on community projects or as a part of a humanitarian service project with another club or clubs throughout the world. We also enjoy the fellowship of spending time together at meetings, social events, District conferences, international trips, and while working together in support the community.

Earth Day in at Taylor Middle School, working side by side with of and to clean out weeds and replant vegetables and strawberries at Taylor School Garden and at the Millbrae Youth Center. Newly refurbished birdhouses were installed and one family of birds had already moved in. Amazing what can be accomplished with many hands working together!
Many thanks to and for organizing the garden project and providing snacks and lunch for the workers.
Parents and younger siblings and Garden Club expert also joined in the work party.
Many thanks to everyone who came and helped make it happen!
Thanks to contributing photographer Candy Tsang.

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we’re reminded that doing the right thing isn’t always the easy thing—but it’s always the necessary thing.

Dr. King showed us that integrity means standing up for justice even when it’s uncomfortable, choosing compassion over convenience, and acting with courage even when the outcome is uncertain. Real progress is built through everyday decisions to treat others with dignity, to speak truth with love, and to do what’s right even when no one is watching.

Today, let’s honor his legacy not just with words, but with action—by choosing fairness, kindness, and responsibility in how we lead, work, and live. Because doing the right things, consistently and together, is how lasting change is made.
