Tonight I brushed Knick Knack and Checkmate. I got TONS of hair off both of them and haven't even made a dent. Underneath all that fluff, they are very very skinny. Please be kind with your comments. They were owner surrenders and their owners did the right thing by contacting us. They loved these horses very much. Please keep in mind both these sweet little ones are in their 30s and need extra special care. We could really use our Village's help providing that care. We need Miniature horse feed. I know Tractor Supply in Sparks carries it. It's a special feed designed just for mini horses. It's also very easy for these little ones to eat and digest. (Picture of the feed in the comments) We also could use help gently grooming these sweet little ones. Links below if you'd like to donate toward their mini feed. We love sharing good news! Here is a wonderful update on Reno's eye after her surgery: Her eye is looking AMAZING! Reno's eye has healed up better then expected after removing her third eye lid and mass that was inside it. The swelling is gone and she is back to being her spicy, red headed self🤣 We'd like to thank everyone again for the prayers and donations for her surgery. We couldn't have done it without you♥️
