War doesn’t wait for children to grow up. And children can’t wait for the war to end.

Their childhood is happening right now.
It should be filled with more than air raid alerts, loss, and restrictions. There should also be room for play, discovery, friendship, and joy.

We can’t give children back what the war has taken from them. But we can make a difference in the lives they’re living today.

So that when they look back on their childhood, they remember more than just the war.❤️

No child should have to face difficult times alone.
For children living through war and conflict, everyday life can be filled with fear, stress, and uncertainty.

They don’t always need adults who have all the answers. But they do need someone who listens. Someone who cares. Someone who helps them feel safe and stays by their side.

On World Mental Health Day, we’re reminded of how important it is for children to have people in their lives who truly see them.

A little prayer for peace.
Children shouldn’t have to understand why people fight. They should be able to grow up with safety, play, and people around them who care for one another.

Sometimes, children say the most important things in the simplest words.

May the world become a little gentler for them.❤️🙏🏼

Dobropillia is a city that has been hit hard by the war.

It is also a city where Novi has supported a NoviClub and youth-led projects in the local community.

Through NoviClub, young people aged 12 to 16 learn practical skills such as problem-solving, budgeting and leadership. They use what they learn to create their own initiatives that help others and build unity rather than division.

Behind the images of destroyed buildings are young people with ideas, abilities and a desire to make a difference where they live.

We will not forget the young people of Dobropillia.

Right now, we cannot reach the children of Oleshky.

The town is under Russian occupation. Access to food and medicine remains severely limited, and moving around is extremely dangerous.

It is difficult to talk about those we cannot help. But silence makes it easier for them to be forgotten.

So we say the name out loud: Oleshky.

Until we can reach the children there, we will keep telling the world that they are there. We refuse to let them become invisible.

Potatoes may seem ordinary. But for families struggling to access enough food, a bag of potatoes can mean so much.

When a Ukrainian farmer offered us potatoes straight from the field, the answer was simple: yes.

The potatoes were packed and delivered to families who needed them. At the same time, a local farmer was able to sell his produce.

There’s one dangerous habit that can creep into helping: deciding for people.

It’s easy to ask, “What can we give?” Then we start with what we already have - not necessarily with what people actually need.

But we want to start with a different question:
“What do you need right now?”

Sometimes the answer is very simple: potatoes.

We bought them from a Ukrainian farmer and delivered them to local families. The farmer was able to sell his produce. The families received something they genuinely needed.

No complicated solutions. Ask first. Then act.

For many children living through war, safety is not something they can take for granted, not even when they go to bed at night.

No child should have to be afraid of what the night might bring.
