Also known as the Century Plant, these remarkable plants can take decades to produce their spectacular flower. Along the way, they create new “pups”—and we’re giving some of ours a new home at Harbin’s Eco Farm. 🌱

Tuesday, September 1, 2 am – 6 pm
Pool and Poolside Maintenance Day (Alligator Day). On “Alligator Day” the warm pool is drained around 2 AM, allowing us to make repairs and do maintenance on the water purification system. The cold plunge, warm pool and hot plunge are not available for use until they have been filled. Available pools on Alligator Day are Sauna Hot Plunge, Sauna Cold Plunge, Heart Shaped Pool, and Swimming Pool. We use this day to complete other maintenance projects around the pool area, so do expect noise and possible disruption of guest services.🐊 💦💦💦
